Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role involves undertaking a variety of financial and accounting responsibilities to support our fast-paced operations. As an Accounting Clerk at All Fleet Inc., you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records accurately and contributing to the smooth running of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, and managing invoices and receipts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis and projections.
• Ensure accuracy in financial documents and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial records, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, handling various accounting projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience as an accounting clerk or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
